You will be working in coordination with other departments to overhaul and develop the Computer Infrastructure. This involves researching new technology and assessing its impact on the organization. Your responsibilities will include closely monitoring and administering LAN & Internet through Firewall, installing and managing Network Servers & Firewall, installing and monitoring Anti-Virus software, and troubleshooting Windows OS. Additionally, you will be responsible for installing Microsoft Outlook and configuring it, setting up VPN and troubleshooting related issues, maintaining CCTV systems, managing WiFi Routers, and developing and implementing IT policies and procedures. Providing day-to-day support for various devices such as PCs, Desktop Computers, Laptops, All-in-One Computers, and All-in-One Printers will be part of your routine tasks. You will also manage hardware and software inventory, ensure the company's technology and infrastructure are secure, handle desktop support issues, and recommend IT hardware and software purchases after conducting thorough research. Managing projects like new server deployment, system upgrades, and network implementation will be crucial in this role. Regular reporting to management, conducting software installations, performing software and hardware upgrades, participating in vendor management, and conducting LAN/WAN and security analysis are among the responsibilities you will be expected to fulfill. You will also be involved in managing, changing, and controlling IT projects, administering LAN/WAN and network security, implementing network security measures, conducting security audits, and managing IT budgets. This is a full-time job with rotational shifts, and the work location is in person.
