You are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our 24 x 7 Technical Support Division in Nashik. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying the root cause of technical issues and providing effective solutions to customers. Your role will involve handling incoming tickets, chats, calls, and remote support while maintaining detailed customer interaction records. In cases where issues remain unresolved, you will escalate them to specialized departments for further investigation. To excel in this role, you should possess basic computer knowledge and adhere to established procedures and guidelines. Flexibility in working office hours and rotational shifts is required. Your ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, will be crucial. Attention to detail, stress management skills, and a positive attitude are also essential traits for success in this position. Candidates with customer service experience and familiarity with CRM systems will have an added advantage. Graduates from 2020 to 2024 batches are eligible for this position, provided they hold a Bachelor's degree in any stream.
