As a Virtualization Engineer specializing in VMware virtualization technology, Compute Hardware, and Public Cloud, you will play a crucial role in the installation, support, and business continuity of virtualization server technologies globally. Your responsibilities will include administration, maintenance, configuration, and ongoing support of Virtual infrastructure. You will also be involved in supporting administration, maintenance, and configuration of Cisco Unified Computing System (UCS), HP, and Dell Blade Server infrastructures. Additionally, you will handle the installation, configuration, and maintenance of VMware vSphere technologies such as vCenter and ESXi. Basic understanding of Storage protocols, including NFS, iSCSI, Fiber Channel, SMB, Kubernetes/Tanzu, containers, Linux server products, and MS Windows server products is also desired.
