Role: Computational Materials Engineer Location: Hyderabad Duration: Permanent Product Domain Materials informatics, data-driven models, or ML applications in materials prediction, material microstructure simulation, thermal history modeling, and residual stress prediction Experience Range (Years): 1-3 years Qualification (Minimum): B.Tech in Relevant field Notice period/ Candidate Availability: Max. 30 days [immediate joiners preferable] REQUIRED SKILLS: Strong fundamentals in computational materials science and materials modeling techniques. Knowledge of high-entropy alloys and their applications in aerospace. Experience with FEA for predicting material behavior under mechanical and thermal loads. Understanding of Additive Manufacturing processes. Proficiency in material microstructure simulation, thermal history modeling, and residual stress prediction Programming - C++/Python DESIRABLE SKILLS Experience with materials informatics, data-driven models, or ML applications in materials prediction. Familiarity with AM-specific defects and process-structure-property- performance relationships RESPOSIBILIITIES Develop and implement computational models for predicting mechanical behavior of aerospace materials. Simulate microstructural evolution and its impact on mechanical performance of 3D printed parts. Utilize material informatics and machine learning tools to accelerate material discovery and qualification. Validate computational models using experimental data and refine predictive methodologies.
