As a Chartered Accountant at Takshashila Consulting, you will be responsible for preparing financial statements, overseeing budgeting and forecasting, and supporting the company's operations in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with Income Tax, VAT, TDS, and GST regulations, resolving tax and accounting issues, and reviewing financial statements for accuracy and completeness. Your main duties will include conducting detailed reviews of financial statements, making projections for the next 1-2 years, and serving as the primary contact for internal and external audits. You will also be involved in managing bank accounts, streamlining accounting processes, and recommending improvements to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate for this position is a self-driven and energetic Chartered Accountant who is CA Qualified (In I or II attempt) with prior experience in a start-up environment. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and finance software such as Tally 9.6 and CompuOffice is essential. Strong communication and writing skills are also required to effectively communicate with team members and senior management. Desirable skill sets include a deep understanding of Transfer Pricing, accounting regulations, and practices in consulting services, IT, and Non-Profit/Education industries. Experience in tax planning for individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns, as well as expertise in risk analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, will be an added advantage.
