Role Overview: The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the machinery and equipment in the spinning machine, after-treatment, and dryer sections. The role requires expertise in safety practices, PTW, JSA, TBT, behavior-based safety, and knowledge of fire extinguisher, PPE, and MSDS. The Maintenance Engineer should have experience in basic maintenance practices, life cycle costing, and handling utility systems such as chillers, cooling towers, compressors, AHU, pumps, blowers, and vacuum systems. They should also be familiar with gearboxes, gear motors, couplings, etc. Scheme formulation and execution skills, along with SAP hands-on experience, are preferable. Troubleshooting, RCA, Pareto analysis, and the ability to create effective PowerPoint presentations are essential. Knowledge of PFD, P&ID, equipment drawings, and layout drawings is required.
