Over 45 days, you’ll design, optimize, and assemble a complete cooling system from core components — compressor to fan — to control a chamber between 20–24 °C .This is not a learning-only role. Have an open approach to problem solving and expanding the current theory to fill the gaps. Have experience and background in manufacturing/reliability/material science is a plus. Have basic knowledge of manufacturing processes such as casting, machining, welding or cutting etc is a plus. Executes, with guidance from senior engineering resources, the analysis, design, test, or integration required to support assigned components, assemblies or systems that meet business standards and program / product requirements. Document and communicate results of technical data generated. Prepare and present technical data to internal customers. Participate on teams assigned to address specific organizational initiatives. Share engineering information and promote open dialogue. Prepare invention disclosures to protect the technology that provides a competitive advantage to the business. Assure proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned projects and/or tasks consistent with engineering policies and procedures.
