Additional certifications in air compressor technology are a plus. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in servicing air compressors or similar industrial equipment. Experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of air compressor systems (mechanical, electrical, and control systems), troubleshooting, and diagnostic tools. Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work independently and resolve issues efficiently. Driving License: A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to customer sites regularly. Working Conditions: Full-time position with flexible working hours. Travel required to customer sites, sometimes requiring overnight stays. Safety equipment and training provided.
