Safety round of the clinic 18. Perform vehicle inspection before and after each trip 19. Follow company operating policies and procedures. 20. Maintain driving log, prepare vehicle performance forms and complete daily checklist and assign register work. 21. Keep all records, including receipts for vehicle maintenance 22. Keep up a travel log to record areas traveled to, travel time, and work hours 23. Perform some other undertakings like shopping, dropping and picking clothing, getting lunch, and running errands 24. Job Purpose: To operate, monitor, and maintain HiPCO reactor systems safely and efficiently as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and production schedules. Ensure product quality, process stability, and adherence to safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor HIPCO reactor systems, valves, Compressor, Chiller and associated equipment as per process instructions. Maintain logbooks and record process parameters like temperature, pressure, flow rates, and reaction time. Conduct routine checks on the reactor and utility systems; report abnormalities or deviations. Assist in reactor startup, shutdown, and cleaning operations. Handle raw materials, catalyst charging, and product transfer as instructed. Follow all standard safety protocols including PPE usage, emergency shutdown procedures, and chemical handling. Support preventive maintenance activities and liaise with maintenance teams for any equipment issues. Adhere strictly to batch records, SOPs, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Participate in training programs and contribute to process improvements. Conducting regular preventive maintenance and handling breakdowns. Preparing service reports, following up with customers, and ensuring timely resolution of complaints. Managing Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and maintaining customer service history. Preferred Candidate Profile: 1-5 years of experience in field service of industrial equipment. Should have hands-on knowledge of mechanical/electrical troubleshooting. Basic understanding of PLC-based machines will be an added advantage. Plan & execute on Rolling quarterly basis in line with the relevant project schedule, monitor and control II Operational Accountability Monitoring and controlling of infrastructure requirement and erection schedule and resources, Project material requirements in line with the relevant project schedule Verification of weekly & monthly MIS containing target, progress, constraints (Material, drawing resources) of the Turbine, Aux and piping. Safety: - Implementation of safety management system Like, Preparation of Erection Methodology, JSA and Checklist & ensuing their implementation with zero harm. Ensuring the implementation of the Audit Points of Safety by EPC Contractor Quality:-Compliance of Field Quality Plan Ensuring the implementation of the Audit Points of Quality Contract Execution:- Milestone in the contract of DM Plant, FOPH, Compressor, Aux boiler, H2 generation, chlorination, PT plant, firefighting, CW SSF, HVAC plant. Owner input, EPC Contractor Input, L-3/4 Preparation, Micro Plans. Scope clarification to all concerned as per requirement. Communication with internal & external Customers Reporting progress and constrain (Time, Material, Resources), Propose of execute solutions for the constraint, presentation about system & progress. III People Development Preparation of review of KRAs of members, counselling for sustained performance, Preparation of IDP as per individual needs and ensuring planned interventions. IV Financial 1 Optimization of work execution & commissioning Time. Shall be responsible for the Planning and Erection of DM Plant, FOPH, Compressor, Aux boiler, H2 generation, chlorination, PT plant, firefighting, CW SSF, HVAC plant as per erection schedule and resource Rolling Plan quarterly basis in line with the relevant project schedule follow up, Commissioning Co-ordination, Check List, and Standard Operating Procedure. To verify weekly/monthly MIS( Materials, drawing, process, resources) To ensure safety compliance at site. Review of JSA/HIRA, Erection Methodology and check list for erection, Compliance check list before taking up erection activity. To coordinate (Progress, Material, drawing ,Resources) with PMCG/CEG & EPC Contactor To ensure safety strict adherence to quality systems & Safety. To co-ordinates for interface issues within inter & intra department Qualifications Age group: 35 - 40 yrs Experience Total : With Degree : 10-18Years With Diploma: 20 Years With PG : 12 Years Desired Qualification: BE-Mechanical Must have sound knowledge of erection of DM Plant, FOPH, Compressor, Aux boiler, H2 generation, chlorination, PT plant, firefighting, CW SSF, HVAC plant including piping of at least 500 MW capacity unit. Should have good managerial & communication skills.
