As a creative professional in the field of visual aesthetics, you will be responsible for various aspects of visual composition, photography, color theory, and post-production awareness. Your role will involve utilizing your strong visual storytelling abilities to ensure attention to detail and brand alignment in all projects. Storyboarding, color grading, sound mixing, transitions, and compression/export optimization across platforms will be key elements of your work. You should be able to work cross-functionally, managing multiple deliverables with an adaptable, deadline-oriented, and collaborative mindset. Keeping up-to-date with the latest digital trends and platforms is essential for this role. Familiarity with AI/next gen tools such as Midjourney, Runway, and CapCut will be advantageous. Your responsibilities will include video editing, motion graphics, 2D animation, video production, video packaging, sound recording, dubbing, mixing, and direction. Additionally, you will be involved in project co-ordination and project management to ensure successful execution of all visual projects. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in visual communication, design, fine arts, or a related field. A diploma from a reputed multimedia institute or film school will also be required. A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in creating digital graphics for social media, presentations, emailers, brochures, and other mediums will be necessary to demonstrate your capabilities in this role.,
