Our team specializes in offering comprehensive solutions for various commercial kitchen setups, catering to a diverse clientele including standalone restaurants, five-star hotels, cafes, QSRs, resorts, hospitals, and corporates. We are currently looking to hire a Facility Planner & Commercial Kitchen Consultant for a full-time on-site role at Carpe Diem Kitchens in New Delhi. As a part of this role, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks such as facility management, comprehensive planning, space planning, and project planning to deliver optimal solutions for commercial kitchen setups. The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications: - Extensive knowledge of BOH & FOH areas for facilities such as Hotels, Resorts, Clubs, etc. - Proficiency in Autocad 2D, 3D, shop, GFC & MEP drawings. - Expertise in Comprehensive Planning and Space Planning. - Strong Project Planning abilities. - Previous experience in commercial kitchen design and layout. - Understanding of equipment manufacturing processes. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - A degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field. - A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in facility planning & commercial kitchen designing field.
