Job Title: Manager Process Audits - CBS Location: Thane Reports to: CBS Lead R2R & Analytics Job Summary: The Process Auditor will play a critical role in assessing and enhancing the effectiveness and compliance of operations within the Shared Services organization. This position is responsible for conducting thorough audits of various processes, identifying risks, and recommending improvements to ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory standards, and best practices. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct Comprehensive Audits: - Plan, execute, and finalize audits of key operational processes in CBS. - Develop risk-based audit programs, setting objectives and defining scope for each audit. 2. Evaluate Internal Controls: - Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with established policies and procedures. - Identify weaknesses in controls and recommend robust solutions to mitigate risks. 3. Document Findings: - Prepare detailed audit reports documenting findings, recommendations, and management responses. - Ensure findings are communicated effectively and timely to stakeholders. 4. Follow-up and Monitoring: - Conduct follow-up audits to ensure implementation of corrective actions on previously identified issues. - Maintain accurate and updated records of audit findings and status of remediation efforts. 5. Compliance Review: - Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal regulations, and external standards. - Assist in preparing for regulatory inspections and external audits. 6. **Continuous Improvement:** - Stay current on industry best practices, audit trends, and changes in regulations. - Recommend enhancements to audit methodologies, tools, and processes to drive efficiency. Qualification: CA with 2 years of audit experience.
