The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing patient counseling, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. We welcome applicants with 0-5 years of experience in pharmacy. Responsibilities Dispense medications as prescribed by healthcare providers and ensure accuracy of prescriptions. Provide information to patients regarding medications, side effects, and interactions. Conduct medication reviews and monitor patient responses to therapies. Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care. Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and patient information. Counsel patients on health and wellness topics, including disease prevention and management. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. from an accredited institution. Registered Pharmacist license in India. Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical chemistry and pharmacology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in using pharmacy management systems and technology.
