Role Summary: As the Manager - Structures & DfAM, you will lead, mentor and contribute a dedicated group of mechanical and aerospace engineers to deliver innovative and high-quality projects on time, within budget, and with optimal resource allocation. You will drive design excellence, integrate engineering best practices, and ensure rigorous adherence to mechanical engineering principles across all projects while collaborating closely with both internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities Team Leadership Contribute to, supervise, motivate, and develop a team of mechanical and aerospace engineers. Project Management Oversee the entire project lifecycle-from conceptual design through implementation-ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and resource plans. Familiarity with Additive Manufacturing technologies, such as Laser Powder Bed Fusion (LPBF) and hands on experience in undertaking Topology Optimization and Design for Additive Manufacturing (DfAM). Hands on experience with Design, Engineering and Simulation tools (e.g. SolidWorks, UG NX, CATIA, , ANSYS, Altair HyperWorks, Simufact) Intimate knowledge on the global best practices and standards for the design and flight certification of Aerospace Structures and Components, such as for Launch Vehicles, Satellites or Spacecrafts.
