The Manufacturing & Assembly Technician Trainee will play a crucial role in the fabrication and assembly of composite components within our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. We are looking for highly motivated and dedicated ITI/Diploma freshers to join our manufacturing team as Manufacturing Technicians Trainees. This role offers hands-on experience in aircraft composite part production and is designed to train candidates in advanced manufacturing techniques, equipment handling, quality control, maintenance activities, and safety protocols. Based on the successful completion of a one-year training and evaluation period, eligible candidates will be offered a permanent position based on their performance. Required Qualifications: Education: ITI (Fitter, Turner, Machinist) or Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace Engineering or AME. Experience: Fresher with No standing Arrears, prior internship, or industrial training experience is a plus. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the manufacturing, Assembly & maintenance of composite Aircraft. - Learn & perform tasks such as Layup, Trimming, bonding, machining of composite parts. - Participate in basic quality checks and report any non-conformities - Maintain a clean and safe working environment. - Document work and production logs as required. The manufacturing facility is located at the prestigious IIT Madras Thaiyur Campus, Thaiyur Road, Senganamal, 603103.
