As a Technical Support Specialist for in-service/delivered products, your primary responsibility is to provide world-class technical support and drive maturity throughout the product life cycle to ensure customer and business requirements are met while maintaining Design Intent. Your role also involves creating multimedia graphics for technical publications in alignment with current market demands, as well as overseeing external partnerships to ensure compliance with company guidelines. Your key accountabilities will include creating and updating style guides for multimedia graphics, managing external partnerships for graphic creation, conducting quality checks and project coordination with partners, collaborating with cross-functional teams for graphic development, and developing technical content for technical publications and communications. Additionally, you will be responsible for gathering in-service data, identifying Best Practices and Learnings from Experience, and incorporating them into future programs and design documentation. The ideal candidate for this position will possess an Engineering or equivalent degree, have a strong understanding of components/systems functionality, and demonstrate experience in handling complex and ambiguous tasks. You should be proficient in creating multimedia graphics using various tools, managing partnerships with strict delivery timelines, and have previous experience in creating guidelines and leading cross-functional teams comprising specialists, suppliers, customers, and partners. This role falls under the Engineering for Services category and requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
