Technical Ownership: Take ownership of frontend architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability of the codebase Coding: Hands-on coding of frontend components and modules,ensuring high - quality, reusable, and efficient code. Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including backend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences. Code Reviews: Conduct and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to best practices. Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to foster their growth and development Problem Solving: Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues,proposing effective solutions to address challenges. Research and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and trends, actively contributing ideas for innovation and improvement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 4-5 years of hands-on experience in frontend development with a strong focus on React and ReactJS. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related frontend technologies. with design and product teams to translate wireframes and mockups into responsive user interfaces. Experience in managing and leading frontend development projects from conception to delivery. Strong understanding of frontend architecture patterns, state management, and component - based architecture. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards tackling technical challenges. Experience with version control systems such as Git. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred: Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js. Familiarity with modern frontend build tools and workflows Knowledge of UI/UX principles and design patterns. Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Contributions to open-source projects or participation in tech communities
