Ideal candidates for this role should possess a Diploma or BE in Electronics/Instrumentation and have accumulated 10 to 15 years of experience in electronic circuit design, PCB design & assembly, testing & debugging, and lab equipment handling. It is imperative that candidates exhibit a solid grasp of PCB design, assembly processes, various electrical and mechanical components commonly utilized on PCBs, as well as the packaging of electronic instruments. Moreover, candidates must demonstrate proficiency in vendor management and negotiation skills. A comprehensive understanding of the global electronic market and emerging technical trends is essential for success in this role. The Product Manager should also be prepared to represent the organization at exhibitions, conferences, and trade fairs. Successful candidates will possess agile problem-solving abilities and excel in coordinating multiple tasks effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must for this position.,
