As a Debug/Repair Specialist at CE+T Power in Chennai, India, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the reliability of our systems. Your responsibilities will include identifying, troubleshooting, and repairing faulty units, collaborating with various teams to enhance product performance, and ensuring high-quality standards for our customers. Your day-to-day tasks will involve reworking and debugging in-process and RMA failure units, testing PCBA boards and complete units for functionality, monitoring debugging parts inventory, updating failure data for analysis, and collaborating with Quality and R&D teams to address recurring issues. You will also be responsible for setting up and operating equipment, adhering to safety procedures, and guiding assembly technicians on rectifying errors. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, preferably in UPS/Inverter systems, along with a Diploma or degree in Electrical and Electronics. Strong debugging and soldering skills, the ability to interpret technical drawings, familiarity with PCBA testing, and basic computer skills are essential. Additionally, being detail-oriented, quality-focused, and possessing effective communication skills will be beneficial.
