You should possess a strong understanding of various business processes and have a demonstrated track record in successfully executing Salesforce consulting and implementation projects from end to end. Collaboration with customer management, subject matter experts, and IT personnel will be essential in completing Salesforce implementation tasks. Moreover, you will manage Salesforce implementation projects, set standards, and address customer queries and concerns related to project requirements and technical standards. To excel in this role, you must have hands-on experience in Lightning Components, Events, Component Bundles, Salesforce Configuration, Customizations, Writing Triggers, VF pages, Test class batch class, and Deployments (Changesets/ANT). Additionally, you should demonstrate the ability to analyze and design complex solutions independently within tight deadlines. Strong leadership, customer service, organizational, and planning skills are crucial for success in this position.
