Compliance at Corporate office (Central Functions) Monitor & Review of Compliances mapped for different functions at corporate office in the compliance tool. Undertake review /revisit of existing tasks mapped in tool. Periodic meetings with different functions to address their queries/ issues with respect to compliance mapped in tool and apprise them of any changes in regulations. Discussions on new regulations/projects with functions/business to help understand applicability of regulations/compliances. Oversee compliance tool review Oversee the periodic compliance tool review. Lead discussion with stakeholders on gaps identified. Prepare final report with comments and timelines from stakeholders. Follow up on open points of earlier reviews. Compliance Review Assist in planning of onsite review both in house or with the support of external experts Coordination between vendor unit as well as stakeholder for on-site visits On-site visits with vendors for compliance review project. Assist in discussion of gaps identified between vendors & Stakeholders. Ensure issue of final report with timeline and ramification Preparation of presentations on compliance review for senior management. Advisory role Assist in preparing notes on applicability on introduction of new law or amendments or courts order to ensure compliance. Assist on addressing queries from senior management. Consulting vendors as well as do research to understand applicability as well as industries best practices. Others Support team members in handling compliance engagements/projects Key Challenges a. We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to head our Commercial & Logistics operations. This role will be responsible for overseeing all international trade activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, benefit management, optimizing cost and efficiency of export and import operations and enabling smooth cross-border movement of goods. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain knowledge, leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in managing large-scale import/export functions preferably from pharmaceutical industry. Reporting Structure: Global Supply Chain Head Experience Any Bachelors degree, EXIM Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field. MBA preferred. 15-18 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Should have led the EXIM function with a team of 5 to 6. In-depth knowledge of Indian customs regulations, INCOTERMS, export-import documentation, and compliance procedures including EDPMS/IDPMS. Strong experience in working with DGFT, Customs, ADC, SEZ, EOU, and related government authorities including trade bodies like CII, FIEO, EPCs etc. Experience in handling GDP, AEO, Compliance Tool, Benefit Management (RoDTEP, Duty Drawback, Deemed Export Drawback, TED). Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Should be in SME role in the current organization to advise stakeholders on various international topics like : budget impact, trade barriers, duty structure. Key Roles and Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the overall strategy for export and import operations in alignment with global business goals. Identify and drive opportunities for operational improvements, cost optimization, and trade expansion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, manufacturing, BD / Sales, warehouse, finance and legal. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure full compliance with Indian customs regulations, international trade laws, EXIM policies, Drugs & Cosmetics Act, FSSAI and other relevant statutory bodies. Monitor changes in trade laws and implement internal changes to stay compliant. Manage risk through effective documentation, due diligence, and contract management. Operations Management: Oversee end-to-end import/export documentation, logistics coordination, HS classification, duty payments, and clearance processes. Manage relationships with customs brokers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, CHAs, and port authorities. Ensure timely and cost-efficient international shipments, with optimal inventory levels and minimal delays. Team & Vendor Management: Lead and mentor the export-import operations team. Logistics partners management to ensure cost-effective and reliable shipping solutions. Develop KPIs to monitor vendor performance, customs cycle times, and shipment accuracy. Financial Control: Monitor and manage budget for international logistics. Track and report import duties, shipping costs, and ensure proper documentation for tax and audit purposes. Education Technically qualified with good background of BFSI IT System Experience Min 5-7 years in BFSI Sector in technical domain Objective Person will be responsible for rendering professional assistance on day-to-day basis having good knowledge and experience of IT systems of BFSI Responsibility Monitoring and testing of core IT systems used for extracting the data for NHB/RBI reporting; Pulling the MIS data from IT systems and synthesizing as per NHB/RBI requirement; Support regulatory interfaces like Automated Data Flow (ADF portal) ; Assisting in end-to-end automation of regulatory returns Creation of automated dashboard and MIS Analysis and monitoring of data on different modules of loans, deposits, treasury etc; Analysing the data and functioning of SQL, SAP etc Monitoring of AMLOCK software for Anti-Money Laundering Regularly monitoring the audit trails and system logs to detect any unauthorised activity. Assisting and handling of Compliance tool Any other matter as may be assigned from time to time by the Chief Compliance Officer Competencies Min 5 -7 years experience in a similar role with in NBFC/ Banking SQL and SAP knowledge Expert in Excel and formulas Should have done monitoring and testing of IT systems in BFSI sector Cross-functional team synergy Technical monitoring and judgement along with diligence in meeting commitments Ability to function independently yet communicates laterally and upwardly with ease. Ability to work under pressure with limited resource and tight timelines Excellent communication and Stakeholder Management Functional: Strong regulatory, business and technical sense. Detailed knowledge of NBFC/HFC product, policies and IT systems. Strong understanding of business processes across all functions. Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.

To visit our factories and branches regularly and ensure that they are having 100% compliance on various parameters. f. To ensure and supervise various statutory filings in a timely manner. g. To ensure that we have all the necessary consents/permissions/approvals under various acts, rules, and regulations for all our establishments. To also track validity and renewal of such approvals/consents. h. To coordinate with government authorities whenever necessary for the purpose of compliance issues, which may include meeting with CPCB, local authorities, BIS, etc. i. To be a single point of contact for all the statutory compliance issues across the plants, branches, and head office. To manage and take the compliance function to the next level.
