Compliance Role

As a Compliance Officer in the Legal department, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage all corporate secretarial functions, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. You will be required to draft, review, and manage legal documents, contracts, and agreements to safeguard the company's interests. Providing legal and compliance advice to internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives will also be a crucial part of your role. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and Operations, will be necessary to ensure regulatory compliance across the organization.
