Compliance Model Validation Quantitative Analyst

As an expert in data analytics, with a keen eye for detail and organizational skills, your role at UBS will involve: - Reviewing and challenging models used in operational risk management - Assessing the conceptual soundness and appropriateness of different models and conducting related outcome, impact, and benchmark analyses - Running analyses on implementations to assess correctness and stability - Carrying out and documenting independent model validation in alignment with regulatory requirements and internal standards - Interacting and discussing with model users, developers, senior owners, and governance bodies - Supporting regulatory exercises You will be a part of the Model Risk Management & Control function within the Group Chief Risk Officer organization at UBS. The team's focus is on understanding and assessing risks associated with model usage across the bank, ranging from operational risk capital determination to monitoring risks like money laundering and market manipulations.
