Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant work experience in Math, Computer Science, Operations, Accounting, Finance, or related field leading teams, functions, and projects. - Excellent Communication Skills and ability to prioritize workload, solve problems, and take accountability for deadlines and outcomes. - Proven leadership abilities, with skills in leading through influence, building consensus, and managing senior/executive-level stakeholders. - Ability to work in project teams and across products, regions, and functions in the financial services industry. - Strong people management skills, collaboration, and consensus-building capabilities. - Ability to remain composed under pressure, prioritize tasks, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment with a risk mindset.
