As a Production Supervisor at Sindhiya Plastic Industries, located in Theethipalayam, Coimbatore, you will be responsible for supervising production operations in the manufacturing department. Reporting to the Production Manager, your key responsibilities will include team leadership, quality control, safety and compliance, process improvement, and reporting and documentation. You will also be required to handle compliance matters effectively. To qualify for this role, a Bachelor's degree in manufacturing or a related field is preferred, although relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment will also be considered. The ideal candidate will have fresher to -2 years of supervisory experience. This position is open to male candidates only, and the working hours are from 08:30 am to 08:30 pm, with a total of 10 working hours including a 2-hour break. The week off is on Sundays.
