As an Assistant Contracts Manager at WSP, you will be responsible for managing the contracts workflow and pipeline of contract reviews within the Commercial Contracts AU team. Your role will involve interfacing between internal Australian Business Group customers, the commercial team, and the in-house legal team to ensure compliance with negotiated terms. You will be checking final contracts for alignment with prior reviews and finalized contracts within the contracts database, as well as assisting with ConTrax uploads for other Business Groups. Your duties will also include storage and management of the contracts database, ensuring the integrity of the contract workflow to provide a high level of service to internal Business Group customers, following up on fully executed contracts, and closing out reviews in ConTrax. Additionally, you will liaise with the Developments Team on amendments to ConTrax review forms and databases, as well as undertake reviews of simple contract documents for compliance with business requirements. You will arrange the execution of contracts in line with statutory obligations, as well as L approval requests in accordance with the business process. You will also provide support for Platinum Client/Panel contract precedents and administration, and assist with contract information consolidation and management activities. We are seeking applications for the position of Chief Interface Manager for Chattrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT) Railway Station Redevelopment Project. Responsibilities: Reports to the Project Director and responsible for technical coordination. Responsible for Technical delivery of Project. Review of Conceptual and Detailed Design as per the Technical Standards and Specifications. Coordination with Railway officials. Reply of communications from Client and EPC Contractor. Ensure Quality Checking and Quality Assurance of the deliverables and as per the Client requirements. Coordinate and discuss with technical experts on inter disciplinary clashes of the design. Leading technical coordination meetings, preparation of minutes and trackers. Maintain a log of co-ordination issues (who needs what from who, by when) Check for compliance from clients, third party reviewers and coordinate with the technical experts. Supports the Project Director during the meetings with technical aspects. Keep track of all deliverables to the client, identify and raise Early Warnings for any delay in submissions. Tracking comments and accountable for ensuring comments are closed out and designs are updated to reflect comments. Ensuring that internal interfaces are identified and resolved within the production team. Ensure team meet Programme and resolve technical blockers. Highlight key issues/ delays to Project Director. Minimum Qualification 25 Years with B.Tech in Civil and Masters in Project Management . 8 Years in Similar Experience. 10 Years Similar Position/Designation. Key Qualities and Soft Skills Work experience in both an independent and team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential. Strong team player and effective team leader. Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through patience, analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to read communication styles of team members and clients who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines. Strong interpersonal skills are a must.
