We, Bizcraft Advisors Private Limited, located in Jayanagar, Bengaluru, are seeking a fresher or semi-qualified Company Secretary (CS), preferably with up to 1 year of experience in a CA or CS firm. The candidate will gain hands-on exposure to a wide range of work, including, Compliance under Companies Act, FEMA, Income Tax, GST, etc. Formation of Wholly Owned Subsidiaries (WOS) for US entities, Startup funding, FDI, and ODI compliances etc.
Additionally, the role offers exposure to Statutory, Internal, and Concurrent Audits of Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), Banks, and other private entities.
