Job Title: Sr. HR & Admin Manager Location: Remote Experience: 5+ Years Company: ITsutra About the Role: One of our fast-growing client, (ITsutra) is seeking an accomplished and proactive Senior HR & Admin Manager to lead and manage our internal HR operations for a distributed, remote IT team focused on the US staffing market. This role assumes end-to-end ownership of HR functions, including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, compliance, administration, and engagement. As a strategic bridge between third-party HR partners and business delivery teams, you will ensure a streamlined and employee-centric HR environment aligned with our business goals. Key Responsibilities: Staffing & Recruiting: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical and business staffing needs. Manage full-cycle recruitment for US IT positions (job posting, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding). Partner with and coordinate external recruitment vendors as needed. Ensure recruitment KPIs such as quality of hire and time-to-fill are met. HR Operations: Develop, implement, and manage HR policies, programs, and best practices tailored for a remote workforce. Oversee preparation, maintenance, and compliance of employee documentation (offer letters, agreements, NDAs, onboarding paperwork) across Indian and US employees. Ensure adherence to US and Indian labor laws, particularly regarding work visas (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, TN) and engagement models (1099/W2/C2C). Generate and maintain HR dashboards, records, and regular compliance/HR reports. Employee Relations & Administration: Serve as a point of first contact and regular engagement for remote employees to ensure well-being and resolve grievances. Organize virtual team-building activities and initiatives to drive remote employee engagement. Oversee routine administrative responsibilities, including time-tracking, leave management, and HR records. Vendor & Third-Party HR Service Management: Liaise with external HR service providers, legal and compliance partners, and recruitment agencies. Manage relationships with Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs) or Employer of Record (EOR) services as necessary. Requirements: Minimum 5+ years in HR & Admin functions, with at least 3 years in US IT staffing and recruitment. Proven expertise in managing remote teams and HR operations in a virtual environment. Prior experience dealing directly with US clients, consultants, and vendors. Strong knowledge of US immigration/work visas and relevant compliance requirements.
