The ideal candidate for this position in Bangalore should hold a B.E./B.Tech. in EC with 4 to 10 years of experience. You will be required to possess good knowledge of testing, troubleshooting, and debugging complex PCBAs and electronics sub systems, along with FPGAs, processors, DDRs, and ADCs. Your role will involve analyzing and creating customized test procedures for FPGA, Processor, and ADC boards and subsystems. It is essential to have familiarity with testing equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, function generators, and power meters. You must also showcase good problem-solving skills, the ability to think out of the box, and expertise in handling test instruments. As part of the responsibilities, you will handle complete Qualification and ESS tests in collaboration with engineering and customer teams. You should create quality-check procedures to ensure the peak performance of products. This role requires interaction with customers for queries and status updates, thus necessitating good communication skills. Furthermore, being a team player and having the ability to train your team will be crucial.
