This role is critical to ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of enterprise-wide Microsoft services. Key Responsibilities: Act as team lead for all Active Directory/Windows environments. Provide technical oversight , mentorship, and problem escalation support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Security, DBAs, Network, Development). Lead infrastructure redesign, system performance tuning , and modernization efforts. Ensure secure operation and proper capacity planning of AD and related services. Create detailed system documentation, SOPs, and architecture blueprints . Engage with vendors and internal teams for solution evaluation and implementation . Contribute to auditing, compliance , and vulnerability mitigation efforts. Core Technical Expertise: Windows Server & Active Directory (Multi-forest) Security & Compliance : AD auditing, policy enforcement, vulnerability management Identity Services : ADFS, SSO, DNS, DHCP, NTP Infrastructure Services : SCCM, WSUS, File/Print Services Virtualization & DR : VMware/Hyper-V, HA & Disaster Recovery Planning Strong knowledge in auditing, backup/restore, tiered architecture , and firewall configurations If you are interested drop your resume at mojesh.p@acesoftlabs.com call: 9701971793
