Proficiency in scripting languages like TCL, Perl, and Makefile is crucial, along with a knack for developing intricate algorithms and managing P&R flows effectively. Furthermore, familiarity with chip-finishing aspects such as metal fill, spare cells, DFM rules, and boundary cells for the latest process technologies is desirable.
