Ticketing Executive Malad East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 3 years INR 2.4 - 3.6 Lacs P.A. On-site Full Time

CompleteTrip is a fast-growing travel startup looking for someone who knows the ins and outs of airline ticketing and can keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. If you’ve worked with Galileo or Sabre, know how to handle cancellations, reschedules, refunds, and can confidently talk to customers and suppliers—this role is for you. You’ll be at the heart of our travel operations, making sure bookings are smooth, customers are happy, and systems are aligned. What You’ll Be Doing: Issue and manage domestic and international flight tickets using Galileo GDS (Sabre is a plus). Handle cancellations, refunds, reschedules, reissues, and flight changes with precision. Work with both full-service airlines and LCCs (low-cost carriers). Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat and resolve issues quickly. Use and manage NDC platforms and other airline booking systems. Support corporate travel clients, ensuring bookings meet policy and service standards. Keep track of PNRs, queues, fare rules, and airline policies. Stay updated on basic visa and travel documentation requirements. Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth workflows. What We’re Looking For: 1–3 years of hands-on ticketing experience in a travel agency or OTA. Strong command of Galileo (mandatory); Sabre knowledge is a bonus. Familiarity with IATA fare rules, GDS ticketing, and airline processes. Good communication skills (spoken and written) and a customer-first mindset. Comfortable using LCC portals and learning new systems like NDC. Basic computer and typing skills. Willingness to work in rotational and night shifts. Minimum education: 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream. Nice to Have: Exposure to B2C or corporate bookings. IATA or GDS certifications. Experience with mid-office/back-office tools or CRM platforms.
