You should have experience in the Loan division, particularly in SME Loans and Credits. A background in Financial Education is preferred. Your responsibilities will include organizing workshops for counseled entrepreneurs, collecting all necessary documents from potential entrepreneurs, conducting Site Verification visits, and coordinating with Auditors for the CIBIL process. Additionally, you will need to prepare a summary draft, arrange for internal selection panels, recommend sanctioned cases for mentor allocation, and maintain MIS from workshop to disbursal. You should possess good communication skills, both verbal and written, along with proficiency in regional or vernacular languages. Strong interpersonal and coordination skills are required, along with knowledge in MS Office applications and preferably in Accounts. Maintaining professional ethical standards is essential. Desirable skills for this role include a goal-oriented mindset, attention to data and details, willingness to travel to rural and urban areas, ability to work independently, and proficiency in digital tools like MS Office, Google mails, and collaborative video platforms such as Skype and Google Meet. Overall, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations from workshop to disbursal, monitoring SSC receipts, following up on defaults, and documenting all interactions with entrepreneurs regarding defaults or NPA's.,
