Ensure compliance with labor laws: Ensure that the factory is compliant with labor laws and regulations. Other Responsibilities 1. Postgraduate degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Experience 1. Minimum 8 years of experience in food processing and manufacturing. 2. Experience in a management role, preferably as a Factory Manager or Production Manager.
