Role Description Develop research projects incorporating current developments to improve existing products and study the potential of new products, and works with the commercialization team to bring these products to market. Education Minimum - Ph.D Chemistry Desirable - Ph.D Polymer Chemistry/Organic Chemistry Description -Establishing product development system including testing protocols, safety evaluations and manufacturing processes for ongoing and future projects -To develop/modify existing formulations based on the customer requirement until validation -To conduct various lab scale evaluations to optimise -Participate in improvement in existing process to improve productivity & Quality of the product -Ensure health and safety regulations are met in the work area To review the design and development of planning, input & out, lab trials results process verification etc. -Co work with production teams/QC To come out with innovative ideas for cost reduction while preparing the products -To participate in search on new/alternative suppliers for raw material Competitor Sample Evaluation -To work on the resolution of the problem when any batch failure occurs identify relevant training required for improving employee skills -To support planning/other teams to analysing the quality complaints
