Make required strategic changes to ensure desired outcome. Qualifications & Skills. Post graduation from a reputed college. 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and business communication tools. Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality. Experience: 4-6 years of experience post highest qualification.
