Competitive Exams Facilitator

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and support students who have opted for higher education or competitive exam tracks.
• Plan and deliver structured training programs (aptitude, reasoning, general studies, language, etc.).
• Conduct group/one-on-one mentoring sessions to align career goals with exam strategies.
• Organize sessions with expert trainers, alumni, and coaching partners.
• Assist students with exam applications, university admissions, SOPs, LORs, and scholarship processes.
• Track student progress, maintain documentation, and generate periodic performance reports.
• Organise awareness drives, orientation programs, and mock test series.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in any discipline.
• Prior experience in exam coaching, career counseling, or academic mentoring preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Indian and global higher education systems, competitive exam patterns.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
