Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field. - An MBA is highly preferred. - Minimum of 15+ years of progressive experience in business development, sales leadership, and general management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. - Demonstrated track record of significantly growing revenue and market share. - Proven experience in scaling a business to achieve ambitious revenue targets. - Experience with EV charging infra, or distribution transformer is highly desirable. - Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
