Roles & Responsibility: Collect and review performance data , review and prepare action plan for critical areas of concern and implement through the business managers Design thinking, change and identify process gaps and recommend process improvement Meeting key/ potential customer and capture their market needs and areas of concerns. Developing competitor data base through market intelligence a very strong data base of customer Track and Follow-up important implementation plans and update the progress to RGM Reviewing of project progress with the Business Line Managers and identify the areas of concerns Track the Sales, Revenues, credits and populate the Data on Dashboard Trend Analysis of the Budgets v/s Actuals and identify the areas of gaps Participate in Business/Functional/Client meetings and Collate the Action Points and follow up for the implementation Prepare procedures and process for Business Transactions Develop Market intelligence tools and reports
