As a Compensation Lead Analyst at Citi, you will play a crucial role in managing global compensation processes and ensuring consistency in compensation policies and practices across all employees. You will be responsible for collaborating with various disciplines such as tax, legal, finance, and technology to oversee annual compensation planning processes including salary increases, bonuses, stock awards, and other related expenses. Your expertise in compensation principles and practices will be vital in executing complex deliverables that have a significant impact on compensation outcomes. In this role, you will work closely with Compensation Managers to uphold consistent compensation standards and provide guidance on compensation-related inquiries from HR partners. Your role will involve global compensation reporting, governance of core compensation programs, and strategic management of compensation projects. Additionally, you will be involved in managing market data processes, conducting surveys, benchmarking, and presenting results to senior management. As a seasoned professional with at least 8 years of experience in Compensation, you will leverage your expertise to drive project management, client relationships, and global consistency in compensation practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel, is essential for this role. Your ability to work independently, build global relations remotely, and effectively communicate with stakeholders will be critical in meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities. Furthermore, you will collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and other senior team members to ensure the successful implementation of compensation offers and projects. Your role may also involve leading group projects, mentoring junior teammates, or assisting in onboarding new team members within the Compensation team. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree and demonstrate a clear and concise communication style both in written and verbal formats.
