Additionally, you will perform compensation benchmarking for various roles using both market and internal data. Your role will also involve designing and implementing innovative compensation programs aimed at attracting and retaining top talent. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of systems and processes related to compensation, recommending enhancements to better support departmental objectives. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in the field or a PG + 5 years, with at least 2-4 years of experience specifically in India's compensation and benefits domain, demonstrating strong knowledge in this area.
