Job Description Key Responsibilities: Payroll Management Process monthly payroll for on-roll employees across all group entities in compliance with statutory and company policies. Coordinate closely with Branch Finance and HR for inputs related to new hires, exits, bonuses, LTA, gratuity, and other compensation components. Employee Support & Documentation Address employee queries related to salary slips, tax declarations, investment proofs, and Form 16. Collaborate with the HR and compliance teams for smooth year-end documentation and declarations. Systems & Process Improvement Work with payroll software (e.g., Workday, SAP, ADP, or similar platforms) for automation and accuracy. Recommend and implement improvements in payroll processing, documentation, and compliance workflows. Other Compliances Handling compliances related to contractors Handling compliances related to PF Trust Corporate Finance Monitoring operating expenses, ensuring proper approval process is followed Preparation of budgets and forecasts related to operating expenses Recharge of corporate costs to branches Understanding of accounting principles Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting; CA Inter/ICWA/MBA (Finance) is a plus. 4–7 years of experience in payroll processing and accounts in a corporate or agency setup. About The Role MRC builds applications which are used by Falcon users, threat researchers and other teams within the Research & Development and Data Science organization. This position is expected to add automated testing capabilities to ensure the quality. Automated testing should focus more on End-To-End test and integration testing. This person should be capable of independent execution, problem solving and demonstrate passion towards engineering excellence. Able to lead the testing efforts and make critical technical decisions What You’ll Do Understand the business use cases, identify key areas to add End-to-End test cases Design and architect comprehensive test automation frameworks for complex applications Lead and mentor team members in developing robust E2E and integration test strategies Drive technical decisions regarding testing tools and frameworks Establish quality metrics and KPIs for the testing organization Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in test automation Design and implement scalable test infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines Provide technical leadership in quality engineering practices What You’ll Need BS or more in Computer Science 6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) manual plus automation role in product based companies.
