We are currently looking for a Trainee Company Secretary/LLB Intern for a full-time on-site role at our office located in JP Nagar 2nd phase Bengaluru South. As a Trainee Company Secretary/LLB Intern, you will work closely with senior company secretaries to support various day-to-day tasks related to statutory compliance, corporate governance, and corporate legal matters. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the preparation and maintenance of company records, drafting and reviewing corporate legal documents, ensuring compliance under Companies Act, FEMA, RBI, and providing necessary support as required. It is essential to have a good understanding of corporate laws and regulations, attention to detail, accuracy in work, effective communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work collaboratively in a team, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the capability to handle confidential information with discretion.
