Company Secretary Trainee

*CS Aspirant* required for a *21-month Management Trainee position* in a *reputed PCS Firm* located at *Andheri (nearby station)* , Mumbai

*Semi-qualified CS* and those seeking to complete their *pending training months can apply*

Articleship Scope:

- *Managing compliance for Private, Listed Companies*, and LLPs, including Quarterly, Half-Yearly, and *Event-Based Listed Entity compliances*

- *Drafting meeting documents following Companies Act, 2013, and Secretarial Standards*

- Handling *capital-related transactions, share-related processes*, and promoter re-classification

- Contributing to MGT-8 Certification, *conversion of Private to Public Companies*, and AGM compliances

- Managing *creation, modification, and satisfaction of charges*, and maintaining statutory registers

- *Manage compliance and regulatory requirements for NBFCs*

- Assist in compliance and regulatory reporting for *SEBI, BSE, and NSE.*

*5-day working week can be considered*

Stipend upto Rs *15,000 per month* for CS Professional pass-outs
