Role: CS Qualified or CS Semi-Qualified (CS Inter)

We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented CS Qualified or CS Semi-Qualified (CS Inter) to join our team and handle ROC filings and company law compliance tasks. You'll work closely with auditors and legal professionals to support private limited companies and LLPs in adhering to statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file ROC Forms (e.g., INC-22, AOC-4, MGT-7, DIR-12, etc.)
• Incorporation of Private Limited Companies, LLPs, Section 8 Companies, and OPCs
• Draft MOA, AOA, Board Resolutions, Shareholder Resolutions, and other secretarial documents
• Maintain statutory registers, minutes, and compliance records
• Handle change in directors, registered office, capital structure, etc.
• Assist in annual filings, DIN/KYC filings, and e-Form compliance
• Coordinate with clients, MCA, and other regulatory authorities
• Stay updated on latest Company Law & MCA updates

Requirements

For Company Secretary Qualified:

• Completed CS Executive or Professional (Preferred: ICSI Membership)
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in ROC filing and company secretarial work
• Strong knowledge of Companies Act, 2013, and MCA portal operations

For Company Secretary Semi-Qualified :

• CS Inter qualified or awaiting results for CS Final
• Basic understanding of ROC forms and compliance timelines
• Relevant 1-2 years of experience in ROC filing related tasks
