Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and maintain web applications using Java for backend and React.js/JavaScript for frontend using Agile methodologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends. Developing applications in SaaS approach would be a plus. Requirements: Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. 4-8 years of total full stack development experience on Java, J2EE, ReactJS, PostgreSQL/Oracle and 1-2 years of coding experience in ReactJS/Angular is a must. Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role. Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for backend development. Solid experience with React.js and Redux for frontend development. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services. Knowledge of database systems like PostgreSQL or Oracle. Experience with version control systems such as GitHub. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
