Role & responsibilities Specific Responsibilities 1. Min. 8+ years of vehicle electrical system design along with software integration experience. 2. Responsible for CAN based architecture definition and development from concept design of different electrical and electronics aggregates, selection of components, product improvements, resolve field issues, adding features, and material cost reduction through VA / VE initiatives 3. Sound knowledge on ECUs, instrument cluster, timer relays, solenoids sensors, electronics pumps, motors and steering wheels etc. 4. Design functional excellence to champion the use of design reviews, optimize value and design for manufacturing. Lead FMEAs, analysis of systems, supplier discussions, project planning, preparation of reports, presentation of work. Support engineering on best practice, drawing reviews, production support, and field test support 5. Experience with electrical component development, wiring harness design, schematic development, and a good understanding of the interaction between software / hardware 6. Knowledge of statutory requirement & procedures for approvals 7. Should have good knowledge of electricals & electronics for selection of various controls, protections & measuring equipment’s 8. Should handle progressively increasing responsibilities as design engineer in construction machinery industry 9. Should lead team of electrical engineer, set priorities, implement industry best practices. Able to set goals and enchance capability of electrical team 10. Should lead team of software engineers, ability to integrate HW and SW components into machine architecture

Sales Engineer JCB Dealer Job Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Business Development: Generate leads through cold calls, field visits, and referrals. Identify potential customers like contractors, builders, farmers, and infrastructure companies. Promote and sell JCB machinery (Backhoe Loaders, Excavators, Compactors, etc.). Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. 2. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers. Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support. Resolve client issues by coordinating with service and parts departments. Manage AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and renewals. 3. Product Presentation & Demonstration: Conduct machine demonstrations at client sites. Quotation & Negotiation: Prepare quotations, offers, and proposals. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and finance schemes. Finalize sales deals and ensure timely documentation. 5. Market Intelligence: Collect market information about competitors products, pricing, and strategies. Identify new business opportunities in assigned territory. Provide feedback to management for market strategy improvements.
