As a Material Testing Technician, your responsibilities will include performing specific gravity and water absorption tests, bitumen content and gradation analysis, Marshall Stability tests, as well as conducting slump tests and testing concrete cubes/cylinders. You will be required to meticulously record and maintain accurate data and test results in laboratory logs and reports. Ensuring the calibration and proper maintenance of all equipment is also a crucial part of your role. In addition, you will be assisting in various field testing activities such as compaction tests (field density test using Sand Cone / Nuclear Gauge), core cutting, and sampling. It is imperative that you adhere to safety procedures and quality standards in accordance with project requirements and relevant codes such as MoRTH, ASTM, AASHTO, and IS standards. Any deviation from quality specifications should be promptly reported to the site engineer or quality control manager. This is a full-time position suitable for Fresher candidates.
