As a member of Burns & McDonnell India (BMI) Power (PWR) Global practice, you will be involved in providing engineering and CAD services to support various disciplines such as Civil, Electrical, I&C, Mechanical, and Structural for power generation and storage projects. Your responsibilities will include coordination with counterpart US engineers and Project Manager, tracking and maintaining budgets and schedules, preparing documents and deliverables, interfacing with other disciplines, draftsmen, and designers, ensuring the quality of documents, and guiding juniors. Key Responsibilities: - Co-ordination with counterpart US engineer - Co-ordination with Project Manager - Track and maintain the budget - Track and maintain the schedule - Preparation of documents and deliverables - Interface with other disciplines - Interface with draftsmen and designers - Maintain quality of documents - Guide Juniors Qualifications: - Bachelors Degree in Instrumentation Engineering with 8 - 10 years of experience in EPC Detail Engineering - Proficiency in Basic and Detail Design Engineering activities including P&ID Review, Instrument Index, I/O list, Instrument Datasheet & Specifications, Control System Engineering, Instrument Sizing Calculations, Vendor Drawing Review, Loop Drawings, Instrument Installations Drawings, Instrument Location Layout, Cable Schedule, etc. - Knowledge of Power Plant Engineering & COMOS software will be an added advantage - Familiarity with PLC Programming or interest in Logic development will be an added advantage In addition to the technical aspects of the job, Burns & McDonnell India (BMI) Power (PWR) is ISO 9001:2015 certified and is committed to excellence in project execution to ensure the success of its clients.
