Role & responsibilities Managing all the existing franchisee across assigned region and ensure the Business Development of all the existing franchisee. Appoint & manage his team. 1. Responsible for creation of Business infrastructure for Commodities 2. Accountable for increasing market share and do the awareness programmes 3. Ensuring the alignment of all operations activities to the commodities business plan 6. Supporting team staffing activities to business partners (recruitment) Preferred candidate profile Educational Qualifications: Graduate/Post Graduate/ MBA Marketing, NCFM all modules Experience: 5+ Years, 3+ Years in broking business or multi-channel service industries or Client Servicing and relationships with Sub-brokers, IFA's, Direct Clients. Domain Knowledge: Knowledge of Derivatives, Broking, Capital Markets IT Skills: Knowledge of MS Office & well versed in analytical skills Public Speaking Skills will be preferred Regrads, Sandipa 7980475998
